 If you have the following symptoms, please call us in advance of your visit (on weekdays between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm) to seek instruction, or call the Hokkaido Government COVID-19 Call Center (0800－222—0018).

■If you have any of the following symptoms, please call us or the call center.

• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Strong feelings of fatigue
• High fever
• Persistent and relatively mild common cold symptoms such as fever or cough, or if you have strong cold symptoms and are prone to having symptoms that become severe.of the following symptoms, please call us or the call center.

■For pregnant women

• Please call us or the call center to receive instruction if you have any of the symptoms above.

■For parents

• If your child has any of the symptoms listed above, please call your regular care pediatrician. If you don’t have one or you don’t know where you should go, please call the call center.
